FOH Full-Time Team Leader/All Rounder

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated front of  house full-time worker to join our team. In your role you will work closely with managers and directors, to ensure an efficient work flow and maintain the highest possible standard at the restaurant. This involves participating on multiple levels in both our casual dining  venue as well as our large corporate catering operation which services many of Australia’s largest and recognisable corporations 

This position is ideal for those who have been team leaders or managers in hospitality environments and would like to to grow their professional skills in a new environment. If you envision working hard in a new organisation and within a reasonable time stepping up into a managerial role this is the job for you. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day to day running of the restaurant
  • Motivate and inspire the staff leading by example
  • Delegate staff roles to ensure a smooth operation
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as directed by management
  • Engage with customers and corporate catering clients  with a welcoming and friendly demeanor
  • Assist in food preparation ensuring food quality and presentation standards
  • Reinforcing tidiness among the staff to ensure pleasant customer experience
  • Ability to navigate challenging situations and find accurate solutions
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the restaurant's overall success such as B2B sales
